CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (SAFETY) ACT 2017 - SECT 49

49—Who may make application for Court orders

An application for an order under section 53 may be made by—

            (a)         the Minister; or

            (b)         the Chief Executive; or

            (c)         a person authorised by the Chief Executive to apply for such orders.
