CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (SAFETY) ACT 2017 - SECT 55

55—Variation, revocation or discharge of orders

        (1)         The Court may, on an application by a party to the proceedings, vary or revoke an order under section 53.

        (2)         The Court may, on an application by the Chief Executive, discharge an order under section 53.
