CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (SAFETY) ACT 2017 - SECT 61

61—Non-compliance with orders

A person who, having been personally served with an order made by the Court under section 53, contravenes or fails to comply with the order is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
