South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) This Part, other
than Division 2 and Division 3, applies in relation to a cause of
action whether it arose before or after the commencement of this Part.
(2) This Part binds
the Crown not only in right of South Australia but also, so far as the
legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other
capacities.
