255—Harbouring or employing escapee etc
A person who, knowing that, or being recklessly indifferent as to whether,
another person has escaped from custody or is otherwise unlawfully at
large—
(a)
harbours or employs the other person; or
(b)
assists the other person to remain unlawfully at large,
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 4 years.
