South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts269NH—Effect of supervening imprisonment on Division 3A order
(1) If a person who
has been released on licence under this Division commits an offence while
subject to the licence and is sentenced to imprisonment for the offence, the
Division 3A order is suspended for the period the person is in prison serving
the term of imprisonment.
(2) In determining
when the term of a Division 3A order comes to an end, the period of a
suspension under subsection (1) is not to be taken into account.
