participants in the organisation
(1) Any person who is
a participant in a criminal organisation and recruits, or attempts to recruit,
anyone to become a participant in a criminal organisation commits an offence.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 3 years.
(3) This section does
not apply in relation to a declared organisation within the meaning of the
Serious and Organised Crime (Control) Act 2008 .
