154—Case to be stated by trial judge
(1) When a court
reserves a question for consideration and determination of the Court of
Appeal, the presiding judge must state a case setting out—
(a) the
question reserved; and
(b) the
circumstances out of which the reservation arises; and
(c) any
findings of fact necessary for the proper determination of the question
reserved.
(2) The Court of
Appeal may, if it thinks necessary, refer the stated case back for amendment.
