South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) Fees are payable
in respect of proceedings under this Act in accordance with the regulations.
(2) A court may, if
satisfied that proper grounds exist to remit a fee payable under the
regulations, remit the fee wholly or in part.
(3) This section is in
addition to and does not derogate from any other power to set fees in respect
of proceedings under this Act.
