If an inspector finds that a disk, tape or other storage device at the
premises contains information that the inspector believes, on reasonable
grounds, stores information that is relevant to determine whether this Part
has been complied with, the inspector may—
(a) put
the information in a documentary form and seize the documents so produced; or
(b) copy
the information to another disk, tape or other storage device and remove that
disk, tape or storage device from the premises.
