A person who—
(a)
sells, supplies or administers a controlled drug to a child; or
(b) has
possession of a controlled drug intending to sell, supply or administer the
drug to a child,
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $1 000 000 or imprisonment for life, or both.
