South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts39—Release from custody for the purposes of assessment or undertaking
If a person who is in custody has been given a notice under this Division
requiring the person to attend an assessment service or any other place, or
has entered into an undertaking under this Division requiring the person to
attend at any place, the manager of the place in which the person is being
detained must cause the person to be brought to the service or other place as
required by the notice or undertaking.
