(1) The owners for the
time being of the community lots 1 into which a community parcel is divided
are the members of the corporation established on deposit of the plan.
(2) If a primary lot
is divided by a secondary plan or a secondary lot is divided by a tertiary
plan, the secondary or tertiary corporation (not the owners of the secondary
or tertiary lots) is a member of the primary or secondary corporation in
respect of that lot.
Explanatory Note—
1 The owner of a development lot is not a member
of the corporation.
