18G—Failing to comply with direction of Tribunal
(1) Subject to this
Act, a person who fails to comply with a direction of the Tribunal under
section 18E is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $20 000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
(2) It is a defence to
a charge of an offence against subsection (1) if the defendant proves
that he or she did not know, and could not reasonably have been expected to
know, that his or her conduct amounted to a failure to comply with the
relevant direction.
