ELECTORAL ACT 1985 - SECT 110

110—Undue influence

A person must not, by violence or intimidation, influence or attempt to influence—

            (a)         the vote of an elector; or

            (b)         the candidature of any person in an election; or

            (c)         the course or result of an election.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 7 years.
