(1) The agent of a
registered political party, third party, candidate or group must keep a
separate
account (a "State campaign account") with an ADI for State electoral purposes.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a third party if the third party does
not receive any amounts of a kind required to be paid into a State campaign
account under this Act.
