EDUCATION AND EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES (REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS) ACT 2011 - SECT 27

27—Registrars of Board

        (1)         There will be the following Registrars of the Board:

            (a)         the Registrar for the Government sector (the "Government Schools Registrar );

            (b)         the Registrar for the non-Government sector (the "non-Government Schools Registrar );

            (c)         the Registrar for the early childhood services sector (the "Early Childhood Services Registrar ).

        (2)         The Registrars will be appointed by the Board on terms and conditions determined by the Board.

        (2a)         A person is not eligible to be appointed as a Registrar unless a working with children check has been conducted in relation to the person within the preceding 5 years.
