57—Board may require information
(1) The Board may, by
notice in writing, require—
(a) a
registered school; or
(b) in
the case of an incorporated or trustee services provider—a person who
occupies a position of authority in the provider,
to provide such information in relation to the provision of education services
by, or on behalf of, the school or person as the Board may reasonably require
in relation to the administration of this Act.
(2) A
registered school or person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or
fail to comply with a notice under subsection (1).
