(1) The Minister may
delegate any of the Minister's functions or powers under this Act.
(2) A delegation under
this section—
(a) must
be in writing; and
(b) may
be conditional or unconditional; and
(c) is
revocable at will; and
(d) may,
subject to any conditions of the instrument of delegation, be further
delegated; and
(e) does
not prevent the delegator from acting in any matter.
