EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 1984 - SECT 80

80—Exemption for charities

This Part does not—

            (a)         affect a provision in a charitable instrument for conferring benefits wholly or mainly on persons who have a particular disability; or

            (b)         render unlawful an act done to give effect to such a provision.
