South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts96B—Review of refusal to extend time
(1) If the
Commissioner has refused an application for an extension of time within which
to lodge a complaint, the applicant may apply to the Tribunal under section 34
of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 for a
review of the decision.
(2) An application for
review must be made within 1 month after notification of the decision.
