4—Investigation of judgment debtor's financial position
(1) The court may, on
application by the judgment creditor, investigate the judgment debtor's means
of satisfying a monetary judgment.
(2) The court will, on
application by the judgment creditor, issue a summons to require the judgment
debtor or any other person who may be able to assist with the investigation to
appear for examination before the court or to produce documents relevant to
the investigation to the court.
(3) A summons under
subsection (2) must be served personally.
(4) If a person fails
to appear as required by the summons, the court may issue a warrant to have
the person arrested and brought before the court.
