(1) The Authority may,
with the approval of the Minister and subject to such conditions as the
Minister may impose, carry on operations for the collection, storage,
treatment and disposal of domestic and rural waste chemicals and containers.
(2) The Authority does
not require a licence or other authorisation under any other provisions of
this Act in order to carry on operations referred to in subsection (1)
and compliance with the conditions of the Minister's approval will be taken to
constitute compliance with the other provisions of this Act.
