ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 1993 - SECT 73

73—Evidentiary provisions

In proceedings for an offence against this Division, an allegation in the complaint that—

            (a)         a specified liquid was a beverage; or

            (b)         a specified container was a glass container,

is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, proof of the matter so alleged.
