The ERD Court may, on application by the Minister, make an order of a kind
referred to in section 100(1) against a person if the Court is satisfied
that—
(a) an
order of that kind has been made against the person under a corresponding law;
and
(b) the
making of the order is justified in the circumstances of the case.
