South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister must
cause a review of the operation of this Act to be conducted and a report on
the results of the review to be submitted to him or her.
(2) The review must be
undertaken after the tenth anniversary of the commencement of this Act and the
report must be submitted to the Minister before the twelfth anniversary of
that commencement.
(3) The Minister must,
within 12 sitting days after receiving the report under this section, cause
copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
