South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) For the purposes
of this Division, the Minister may perform any power and exercise any function
conferred on the Minister under Division 1 or Division 2 as if the
Commonwealth Act applied under this Division.
(2) Division 1 and
Division 2 apply in respect of agreements under this Division, with such
modifications as are necessary.
