(1) A
registered association must, at the request of any person, furnish the person
with a printed or typewritten copy of its rules as in force for the time
being.
Maximum penalty: $750.
(2) The association
may charge a fee (not exceeding a limit fixed by regulation) for supplying a
copy of its rules under this section.
(3) A document
apparently certified by the secretary or some other officer of a
registered association to be a copy of the rules of the association will be
accepted in any legal proceedings as evidence of the rules and of their
validity.
