95—Effect of multiple award provisions on remuneration
(1) If—
(a) an
employee is engaged in work of different classes; and
(b) an
award or awards fix different rates of remuneration for the different classes
of work,
the remuneration of the employee is to be calculated by reference to the time
spent in, and the rate of remuneration for, each class of work.
(2) However, an award
may fix a special rate of remuneration for an employee engaged in work of
different classes.
