South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) No civil or
criminal liability will attach to an authorised officer or other person
engaged in the administration of this Act for an act or omission in good
faith—
(a) in
the exercise or discharge, or purported exercise or discharge, of a power,
function or duty under this Act; or
(b) in
the carrying out of any direction or requirement given or imposed in
accordance with this Act.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subsection (1), lie against a person lies instead against
the Crown.
