If—
(a) an
amount is payable by a body corporate pursuant to this Act or an order of a
court made under this Act; and
(b) at
the time of the contravention giving rise to that liability, that body and
another body were related bodies corporate,
the related bodies corporate are jointly and severally liable to make the
payment.
