South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts10A—Obligation to notify Authority of other interests in land
(1) An owner of land
to whom a notice of intention to acquire the land is given must, no later than
14 days after receiving the notice, notify the Authority of—
(a) any
other person who, to the person's knowledge, has an interest in the land; and
(b) the
nature of that person's interest.
(2) A person who,
without reasonable excuse, refuses or fails to comply with subsection (1)
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
