32—Persons of limited juristic capacity
(1) Where the juristic
capacity of a claimant (not being a body corporate) is limited in any way, any
amount of compensation payable in respect of land in which he was interested
must be approved by the Court.
(2) If an amount of
compensation is not approved as required by subsection (1) of this
section, an application may, notwithstanding any other provision of this Act,
be made at any time to the Court by or on behalf of the claimant, and the
Court may order the Authority to pay further compensation to the claimant.
