(1) The prescribed
number of council representatives constitutes a quorum for a general meeting
of the Authority and no business will be transacted at a general meeting of
the Authority unless a quorum is present.
(2) In this section, a
reference to the prescribed number of council representatives means a number
ascertained by dividing the total number of councils by two, ignoring any
fraction resulting from the division, and adding one.
