(1) The Treasurer may,
on behalf of the State, provide funds to the Authority on such terms and
conditions as may be agreed between the Treasurer and the Authority.
(2) The amount of
$10 000 000 is appropriated by this section from the Consolidated
Account for application pursuant to subsection (1).
