South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current ActsWhen any person is entitled to or claims under any mortgage of land, then the
right to make an entry or distress, or bring an action to recover the land
shall be deemed to have first accrued at the time of the last payment of any
part of the principal money or interest secured by that mortgage, although
more than fifteen years may have elapsed since the time when the right to make
the entry or distress or bring the action first accrued.
