A purchaser of a legal estate from trustees for sale shall not be concerned
with the trusts affecting the proceeds of sale of land subject to a trust for
sale or affecting the rents and profits of the land until sale, whether or not
those trusts are declared by the same instrument by which the trust for sale
is created.
