87—Voluntary disposition with intent to defraud voidable as against
purchasers
(1) Every voluntary
disposition of land made with intent to defraud a subsequent purchaser is
voidable at the instance of that purchaser.
(2) For the purposes
of this section no voluntary disposition shall be deemed to have been made
with intent to defraud by reason only that a subsequent conveyance for
valuable consideration was made. In this section
"disposition" includes every mode of disposition mentioned or referred to in
the Real Property Act 1886 .
