15—Employment of legal practitioners and other persons by Commission
(1) The Commission may
employ such legal practitioners as it considers necessary or desirable for the
purpose of providing legal assistance in accordance with this Act.
(2) The Commission may
employ such other persons as it considers necessary or desirable for the
administration of this Act.
(3) Persons employed
by the Commission must be appointed on such terms and conditions as are from
time to time determined by the Commission and approved by the Commissioner for
Public Sector Employment.
(8) The Commission may
make reciprocal arrangements with other bodies for the purpose of facilitating
the transfer of staff between the Commission and those bodies.
