LEGAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 1977 - SECT 16

16—Legal assistance to be provided by the Commission and by private practitioners

Legal assistance under this Act will be provided—

            (a)         by officers of the Commission; and

            (b)         by legal practitioners assigned by the Commission for that purpose.
