South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) A member of the
Commission or a member of the panel of assessors established under
section 12B incurs no liability for an honest act or omission in the
exercise or discharge, or purported exercise or discharge, by the member or
the Commission of a power, function or duty under this Act.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subsection (1), lie against a member lies instead against
the Commission.
