23—Production of persons held in custody
If the Court requires the attendance before it of any person who is held in
custody in the State, the Court may—
(a)
issue a summons or a notice requiring the custodian to produce that person
before the Court at a nominated time and place; or
(b)
issue a warrant authorising the sheriff, or a member of the police force, to
take the person from the custodian and bring him or her before the Court.
