of relatives
A medical practitioner or authorised mental health professional cannot sign
any authorisation, certificate or order under this Act relating to the
treatment of a person to whom the medical practitioner or
authorised mental health professional is related by blood or marriage, or who
is the domestic partner of the medical practitioner or
authorised mental health professional.
