67—Powers of interstate officers
(1) An interstate
officer who is authorised to exercise powers under a corresponding law in
connection with an interstate community treatment order may exercise those
powers in South Australia in connection with the order.
(2) Despite
subsection (1), a power of forcible entry may only be exercised in South
Australia in connection with an interstate community treatment order if the
interstate officer is a police officer (however described) in the jurisdiction
in respect of which the corresponding law is law.
