may compile a register of sacred sites recording—
(a)
where a site has been identified with particularity—the boundaries of
the site; or
(b)
where a site is known to exist but has not been identified with
particularity—the boundaries of the area within which it is known to
exist.
(2) A register
compiled pursuant to subsection (1) shall be kept by Maralinga Tjarutja
in such manner as it considers appropriate to prevent disclosure of its
contents without the authority of Maralinga Tjarutja.
