MARALINGA TJARUTJA LAND RIGHTS ACT 1984 - SECT 20A

20A—Application of Division

This Division does not apply to the following:

            (a)         the Mamungari Conservation Park;

            (b)         the Maralinga nuclear test site.

Note—

Mining and certain associated activities are prohibited on the Maralinga nuclear test site—see section 15K.
