South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts28—Consent of Maralinga Tjarutja required for road works
(1) The Commissioner
of Highways may carry out road works upon the lands with the consent of
Maralinga Tjarutja.
(2) The consent of
Maralinga Tjarutja may be given subject to such conditions as Maralinga
Tjarutja thinks fit.
(3) Maralinga Tjarutja
shall not withhold its consent to the construction or reconstruction of the
road described in Schedule 3, but this subsection does not prejudice the right
of Maralinga Tjarutja to negotiate conditions affecting the road works, or
ancillary or associated works.
