MARALINGA TJARUTJA LAND RIGHTS ACT 1984 - SECT 33

33—Tribal assessor

        (1)         There shall be a tribal assessor.

        (2)         The tribal assessor shall be appointed by the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs with the approval of Maralinga Tjarutja.

        (3)         The terms and conditions upon which the tribal assessor holds office shall be determined by the Minister after consultation with the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment.
