(1) The powers,
functions and affairs of Maralinga Tjarutja shall be exercised and
administered by the Council.
(2) An act done or a
decision made by the Council in the exercise or administration of the powers,
functions or affairs of Maralinga Tjarutja is an act or decision of Maralinga
Tjarutja.
