considers it inappropriate to do so) take reasonable steps to prevent
information—
(a) that
is commercially sensitive in nature; and
(b) that
is the subject of a request to the Minister by a person connected with an
authorised trial or a proposed trial for the information to be kept
confidential,
from being published or otherwise made public under this Part.
